Groups at Open Door

Small groups are key to developing deep and meaningful relationships, experiencing vibrant Christian community and thus moving forward in the spiritual journey. At Open Door, we provide three types of small groups to help you connect and grow.

Bible Study Groups have as a main purpose to learn God's word and help people apply it in relevant, practical ways.

Life Groups help us connect with each other as spiritual family and apply Biblical Truths to everyday life. Our goal is to do life together as we grow, encourage, support, and love one another well.

Discipleship Groups are for individuals who are interested in a season of intentional spiritual growth.  These are year-long, gender-specific groups with daily readings and weekly meetings.

Fall Groups start on September 4.  Below is the list of the current Fall 2018 Groups

  • Sundays, 5 pm

During this 9-week course we will be exploring a wide variety of topics designed to unpack God’s design of and plan for sex.  We believe that God is the author of sex and that it is an amazing gift meant to be unashamedly enjoyed by a husband and his wife.  We hope during this course to dispel sexual myth, debunk worldly wisdom, and go where the church has historically been hesitant to tread, in an effort to bless marriages and help them thrive.  We will be giving you tools that will facilitate open, honest, and productive communication with your spouse. Led by Sam and Lilah Allen, Sundays, 5 pm in the KidZone Worship room. Potluck meals.
