Do you know how to protect yourself from an assault or mugging? Do you know what to do is there is an active shooter on the grounds or your home is being invaded? Presented by Mossey Academy of Martial Arts, women ages 14 and older are encouraged to join us on Saturday, November 11 from 10 am - 1 pm for a life-saving Women's Self Defense Class. No Experience or equipment is required. No level of fitness is required. The class will be held at Open Door Bible Church in KidZone Worship room 17 & 18. Registration deadline is November 5.
Cost for the class is:
$45 For the 1st person
$25 for second additional family member
Free for 3rd + family members
